I Think I've Got It!

Remember a while ago when I wrote about how I had a business I wanted to create for youth but I couldn't figure out what it was? No? Well I think I may have found my niche. And the most exciting thing about it is that I get to develop and test it soon. I get to put the product out to the youth and see how they receive it. That's instant and honest criticism! As nervous as I am to put a lot of hard work and time into this project and possibly fail, I'm anxious to do what I love...help these kids provide a better future for themselves by exploring their options and taking responsibility for their decisions. I want to tell you all about it but I'd rather just show you. So stay tuned because there will be a snippet coming soon!

The Next Step

I started my real estate investing and property management classes a few weeks ago. So far, so good. It's allowing me to be surrounded by people who have the some of the same goals and interests as me. I get to ask questions and do some of the things that I might have a little fear of doing by myself, while making my mistakes along the way. I love it! I feel like I'm putting some of those countless hours of reading and studying to use. By the way, those hours have helped tremendously because a lot of the material that I learned in the book stores is covered in the classes.

I'm getting exactly what I wanted. Now the next goal, besides finishing the classes, is to acquire a property by February. I think that if I put enough effort into myself and the process that I can reach this goal. It's going to take a lot of hard work and dedication but everything worth having does. So watch me as I take my journey on its new path. Wish me luck...
